Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) called a Virginia Supreme Court ruling rolling back redistricting in the state "disgraceful," according to The Hill. Said Lieu: "They basically said, 'Hey, Virginia, spend all this taxpayers' money holding an election'" — then reversed the maps anyway.
