The Chief of Naval Operations said the Navy will cut training, routine operations, and personnel by July if Congress does not pass supplemental funding for Operation Epic Fury, according to The Hill. Said Adm. Daryl Caudle at a House Armed Services Committee hearing: "The [fiscal year 2026] budget didn't bake in [Operation] Epic Fury."
