FEMA Installs Fourth Acting Director in Five Months

Karen Evans has left FEMA, making her the fourth person to serve as the agency's acting director since January, according to Politico's E&E News. Evans had held the post since December, succeeding David Richardson, as the White House continues to fill the role on a temporary basis despite having named a permanent nominee.
