DOJ Tells States Refusing DHS Undercover Plates Is Unconstitutional

The Justice Department warned states that declining to issue undercover license plates to Department of Homeland Security officers is unconstitutional, according to The Hill. Said DOJ Civil Division Assistant Attorney General Brett Shumate: "Some states are refusing to issue license plates to federal law enforcement. It's dangerous, shameful, and unconstitutional."
