Former President Biden is preparing to ask a federal court to prevent the Justice Department from releasing audio recordings and transcripts of his conversations with ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer, according to Axios. The Justice Department disclosed in a joint status report that it intends to release the redacted material to Congress and to the Heritage Foundation, which obtained the recordings through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.
